The TPE stretches way more than I expected, so getting both rings on was actually easy. Wearing one around the base and one around the balls gave me that extra size and I lasted noticeably longer.
Wasn't sure about the double ring setup at first, but wrapping one around the base and the other around the testicles actually stays put during use. The TPE is soft enough that it doesn't pinch, and it definitely helped me last longer than usual.
The TPE stretches way more than I expected, so it fits snug without pinching. Wearing the second ring around the testicles gave me the extra firmness I was after.
