Bought this to work on lasting longer and the difference was noticeable the first time. The TPE has just enough give that it doesn't dig in, and wearing one around the base plus one behind made the finish way more intense.
The TPE material feels way nicer against the skin than the stiff jelly rings I used before, and stretching it around the base was easy without pinching. Wore one around the testicles too and the tighter fit definitely made things last longer.
Wasn't sure about the sizing at first, but the stretch in the TPE makes it easy to fit right at the base without pinching. Wore the larger ring around the testicles too and the difference in how long I lasted was honestly noticeable.
