The detailed head on this thing actually looks realistic, not like the shiny toy-looking ones I've seen before. The extra girth is what surprised me most, easily over 30% compared to what I'm used to, and it stayed comfortable the whole time.
I was skeptical about the 5 cm claim but the extra length is definitely noticeable, and the added girth makes a real difference too. The fit stays snug without slipping, which was my main worry before trying it.
The added 5 cm really shows, and the detailed head makes it look way more realistic than I expected. My partner noticed the extra girth right away, which was the whole point.
