The warming effect kicks in a few seconds after I start massaging and stays subtle, not burny. I use it on my shoulders after training and it loosens things up nicely.
The green apple scent is fresh without being overpowering, and the warming effect kicks in within a minute or two of rubbing it in. I used it for a shoulder massage and the heat lingered nicely for a while after.
Used this for a back massage after a long day and the warming effect kicked in within a couple of minutes, which surprised me. The fruity scent is light enough that it doesn't overwhelm the room.
