Hannah ★★★★★

Didn't expect the weighted ball to make such a difference, but you really feel it shift when you squeeze. The tapered shape makes it easy to insert, and I've been using it during my pelvic floor recovery after childbirth.

Joshua L. ★★★★★

Three weeks in and I can actually feel the difference—the weighted ball rolls and shifts when I move, so I have to engage to keep it in place. It's surprisingly comfortable to wear during light chores, and the tapered shape made starting out way less intimidating.

Sofia P. ★★★★★

Wasn't sure I'd stick with a kegel routine, but the tapered shape makes insertion way easier than the awkward set I tried before. The lilac color is cute too, and honestly the ball rolling around when I squeeze keeps me paying attention instead of zoning out.
